Bill Wetch passed away on December 14, 2023, at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, North Dakota.

Bill Wetch was born in Mobridge, South Dakota on November 16, 1951, to George Wetch and Idabelle (Ida) (Feichtner) Wetch.

Bill attended school in Mobridge and spent much of his life living in Mobridge. Bill was disabled due to a serious car accident, but he never let his physical limitations keep him from enjoying life.

Bill lived at the Mobridge Nursing Home until it closed in 2019. At that time, Bill moved to the Meadows Nursing Home in Fargo, North Dakota to be closer to family.

Bill always had a smile despite his limitations. Bill enjoyed spending time with his cousins Duane, Gordon, Kirk, Terry, Jan and Ronnie. Bill especially had fun at the family picnics.

Bill made many friends during his time at the Meadows Nursing Home. He enjoyed participating in all the activities and often won at BINGO.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, George and Idabelle, brother, Elmer, and sister, Karen.

A celebration of Bill's life and burial will be held at 10:00 AM, on June 22, 2024, at Greenwood Cemetery, Mobridge, South Dakota.
