Mass of Christian Burial for William "Billy" Klucas, 80, of Mobridge will be held, at 10:00 AM, Friday, July 12, 2024, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Mobridge. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. Billy passed away, Tuesday, June 12, 2024, at the Mobridge Regional Hospital.

William Walter Klucas "Billy" was born January 5, 1944, to Walter and Florence Klucas. They moved to Mobridge from Minnesota. Billy attended Mobridge schools and graduated in 1962. After high school, Billy attended Dunwoody Industrial School in Minneapolis and graduated in 1964. Billy worked on the railroad for a while, but his lifelong career was doing carpentry work. He was proud of his work and

Billy enjoyed his pets; he had two cats and a dog. He enjoyed visiting with people in general. He did his own cooking and also enjoyed his big screen TV. He was a lifelong member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Mobridge.

In December of 2020, Bill entered the Walworth County Care Center in Selby where he enjoyed playing bingo.

Billy was an only child and never married. He is survived by his lifelong friend, Bertha Hahne.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
