All night wake for Vincent Cadotte - Eagle Hunter age 84 of Rapid City formally of Little Eagle, SD will be Thursday, April 27, 2017 starting at 5:00 PM at The McLaughlin Blue Gym. Interment will be 2:00 PM MDT Friday, April 28, 2017in the Black Hills National Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. Vincent passed away Monday, April 17, 2017 at Black Hills Care and Rehabilitation Center in Rapid City.

Vincent Isaac Cadotte Eagle Hunter was born on January 6, 1933 to Margaret One Bull and Judge Leo Cadotte in Little Eagle, SD.
He was a bull rider in his younger days. He traveled to many rodeos with his cousins. He won a lot of belt buckles. He was a tribal police officer, with that he lived many places. He had many relatives that he loved to be around. He had many friends that he enjoyed visiting. He loved to watch his takojas fight at boxing matches. He also enjoyed watching basketball games with his close friends. He enlisted in the army as an Airborne Ranger and made many jumps. He retired in Fort Benning, GA.
He married Frances Rebecca Googe in 1952 and with that union he had four children, Deborah Vergilene Cadotte, Victoria Mae Cadotte/Lee, Venessa Cadotte, and Vincent Cadotte Jr. His children are Shelley Eagle Hunter, Nelson Little Bear, Noah Glick, Douglas Cadotte, Vincentia Cadotte. He married Rita Yellowlodge and had one daughter from that union Dayle Nicole Eagle Hunter. He then married Hilda Crane and had two daughters from that union, Michelle Anne Eagle Hunter, and Margaret Mae Eagle Hunter.
Vincent is survived by his children Venessa (Ervin) Foskey, Columbus GA; Victoria Lee, Columbus GA; Vincent (Patricia) Cadotte Jr., Brandon MS; Nelson Little Bear, McLaughlin SD; Noah Glick, McLaughlin, SD; Douglas Cadotte, Tama, IA; Vincentia Cadotte, Denver, CO., Dayle (John) Horton, Rapid City, SD; Michelle Eagle Hunter, Rapid City, SD; Margaret Eagle Hunter, Pierre, SD, and Shelley Eagle Hunter. Etowah, TN and one sister Maethus E. "Tynie" Tremmel of Rapid City.
He is preceded in death by his mother Margaret One Bull Tremmel, his father Judge Leo Cadotte, his Brother George Richards, his daughter Deborah Cadotte/Floyd and aunt Theresa Cadotte.
