Obituary
A funeral service for Terrance Yellow Earrings, 54, of Little Eagle, SD, will be 2PM, Friday, January 29, 2016, with visitation beginning at 11AM, at the Elk Horn Congregational Church of Little Eagle. Burial at Elk Horn Cemetery under the direction of the Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge, SD. Terrance passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at CHI St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck, ND.
Terrance was born November 9, 1961 at home in Little Eagle, SD to the late Alvin and Ethelene (Kills Alive) Yellow Earrings, Jr. He was raised and educated in Little Eagle and graduated from McLaughlin High School and went on and graduated from Standing Rock Community College in Fort Yates with a degree Criminal Justice.
Terry met Elouise Flying By and with this relationship they had one son Justin Yellow Earrings. Terry also met Ashley S. and with this relation they had a daughter.
He lived in Sioux Falls, SD and had numerous jobs in construction, also a cook, worked at Prairie Knights Casino for a number of months.
Terry is survived by son, Justin Yellow Earrings and one daughter, of Bismarck, ND., 3 brothers William, Wayland, & Tyrone Yellow Earrings of Little Eagle, 4 sisters Marilyn, Emily & Adie Yellow Earrings of Little Eagle, Rosa (Gerald) Reeds, of McLaughlin, 2 aunts, Fern Has Horns, Mary Ann (Leroy) White of Little Eagle, 3 uncles Sidney Paul (Beverly) Eagle Shield Jr., Daniel Has Horns Jr., of McLaughlin, Richard Yellow Earrings of Aberdeen, numerous cousins, Nephews, nieces and grandchildren to many to name.
