Funeral services for Tammy Iversen, age 53 of Eagle Butte, will be 11:00 AM Saturday, January 18, 2014 at United Church of Christ of Eagle Butte. Burial will be in the Eagle Butte Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. Visitation will be 5:00 PM Friday, January 17, 2014 at the church with a family prayer service at 7PM. Tammy passed away Friday, January 10, 2014 at Daugherty Hospice House in Sioux Falls, SD.

Tammy was born October 26, 1960 at Gettysburg to Henry and Marlys (Sever) Laurenz.
Tammy graduated from Cheyenne Eagle Butte High School in 1979. She married Robert Iversen in 1980 at the United Church of Christ in Eagle Butte. Amanda and Austin where Tammy's miracle babies.

Tammy worked for the High School Athlete Association for 10 years in Pierre.
She was also a waitress at Perkin's and the Chuckwagon restaurants. Tammy moved to Eagle Butte and worked at the school and worked as a paraprofessional with special need children. She enjoyed her children, farm life, and small town living. She was the best cheerleader for her children encouraging them to fulfill their dreams.
