Funeral services for Sandra Cutler, 45, of Ft. Yates, ND, are 3 PM, Thursday, December 10, 2015, at the A.J. Agard Building, Ft. Yates. Burial at the Young Family Cemetery of rural Ft. Yates under the direction of the Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge, SD. All-night wake begins at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at the A.J. Agard Building. Sandra passed away Friday, December 4, 2015, at the Sanford Medical Center in Bismarck.

Sandra was born May 13, 1970 at Fort Yates, North Dakota to Homer and Phyllis (Ireland) Cutler. She grew up in Cannon Ball.
She graduated from Standing Rock High School. Sandra married Bernie Blackcloud in 1989 at Cannon Ball, ND. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister. She was a wonderful care taker, for her family and friends. She was a member of the Circle of Life Kola.

She is survived by her children, Devin Whitebull (Reuban Whitebull), Santana Blackcloud, Taiylor Blackcloud, MeShe Casteel (Doug Casteel), Camisha Funchie, Jamesa Funchie, Grandchildren- Zackaria Kelly, Xavier Blackcloud, Xamara Blackcloud, Kymirah Kelly, Shianne Whitebull, Sawyer Blackcloud, Siblings- Joel Gohl, Medicine Stone Cutler, Charles Cutler.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernie Blackcloud, parents, Homer G. Cutler, Phyllis Ireland, siblings, Cornella Cutler, Aundre Cutler, niece, Carly Cutler
