Funeral services for Russell Flying By, 67, of Eagle Butte will be at 10 AM, Saturday, March 26, 2022 at the UCC Church in Eagle Butte. Burial will be at the UCC Cemetery in Cherry Creek under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. Wake will be Friday at 7 PM at the church. Family and friends can meet at the 4 mile junction at 4 PM Friday. Russell passed away Saturday, March 19, 2022, at the Cheyenne River IHS Hospital in Eagle Butte.
