Funeral services for Roberta Spotted Horse, 77, of McLaughlin will be at 11 AM, Tuesday April 25, 2023, at Kesling Funeral Home in Mobridge. Burial will be at the Spotted Horse Family Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Roberta passed away Wednesday April 12, 2023, at Sanford Medical Center in Bismarck. Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge is in charge of arrangements.

Roberta Ann Spotted Horse, the sixth child born to Eli and Mary Spotted Horse on February 25, 1946. Roberta lived in various places during her lifetime. She gave birth to six children, Jeff, Emeron, Anthony, Melody, Georgette, Joette. Roberta was a kind and loving woman who devoted her life to the Lord. She was married to Kenneth Plante and many years after his passing, she married Joseph Follows The Road. Roberta enjoyed going to church, sewing, making pies and homemade jam and jellies. She devoted her time to her grandchildren, whom she loved with all her heart and soul. She is preceded in death by her parents, three children and six siblings. She has remaining in life one sister, three children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered by all of her family, friends and brothers and sisters in Christ.
