Raymond "Scutter" Coulter Jr. was born in Greenville, Mississippi,  August 30, 1972. He graduated from Montrose Academy in 1990, then went on to get a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Design from the Art  Institue of Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2003. Scutter enjoyed cooking and   entertaining for family and friends. To know Scutter was to love him. He always had a heart of gold and loved to be with family. He loved the outdoors, water skiing, snow skiing, hunting, fishing, frisbee, golf, darts and many other activities.

He married the love of his life Nicki on April 18, 2018. Raymond loved being a father to his four children.

Thankful for having known and love him are his survivors, wife Nicki, children, Cody, Aria, Emmi, and Cooper. His loving mother, Dorothy Littleton, Sister Kim (Cord) Landaiche, brother Ben (Sheffield) Coulter, brother Jarred ( Justine) Littleton, sisters, Shae Littleton, Audrea Stephens and brother Chris Wells. Nieces and nephews, Colten, Caroline, Rebecca Reno, Kayla Hicks, James, Sheffield, and Luke Coulter, Hunter, Wyatt, Allison Littleton, Callie, Ashton and Blaire Wells, Colby and Megan Stephens.

Scutter was greeted at the gates of heaven by his father Raymond Coulter Sr., his stepfather Rhett Littleton, his grandparents A.B. and Marie Coulter and Bob Fisher.
