Randy Ray Meier of rural Timber Lake passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 2nd at his home. Not only was he a great friend and a caring neighbor, he was a loving father and grandpa. Randy lived by the creed of always trying to lend a helping hand to his family, friends and neighbors without accepting anything in return. He made sure to instill this value in his daughters and grandchildren.
Randy was extremely loving and proud of his three daughters always being there for his girls, they were the highlight of his life. Writing notes, snuggling and having daddy daughter talks.
Some of Randy's passions and hobbies include Dodge pickups, John Deere Tractors, hunting, fishing, and small gatherings with family and friends. Where ever Randy was you'd find friends and family, sharing story's, lots of humor, jokes, and laughs, old rock & roll music, a strong cup of coffee or a cold beverage, Randy was very quick witted and sarcastic but yet had a heart of gold, wise words of advice and a tight embracing hug that was always welcomed. Randy always had a way of making everyone feel special and loved. Where ever he went Randy made lifelong friends, he will be so deeply missed.
