Graveside services for Preston Lee Vermillion, 46, of Kenel will be at 11 AM, Saturday, October 16, 2021, at the Kenel Catholic Cemetery. Preston passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021, in Tigard, OR.

He was born on April 2, 1975 to Theresa Ann White Bull and Duane Eagle in Fort Yates, ND. At the age of 2, Joshua was legally adopted by Jerome and Lorraine Vermillion. He spent his childhood in Kenel, SD where he enjoyed spending time with his cousin and close friends. Josh enjoyed drawing and listening to music. His favorite singers where the Judds and the Bangles. Josh spent his adult years traveling to many states. He enjoyed traveling and wanted to see the world.

Joshua is survived by 3 brothers, Cubby Agard, Duane (Laurel) Vermillion and Anthony Vermillion; one sister, Emily Zahn; immediate cousins, Denea, Michael, Julie and Dusty Tulley, Crystal, Keaton and Tanzy Vermillion, Tiera Vermillion, Charlie and Vickie Vermillion, Corwin Blue Dog and Stacy Eagle.

Joshua was preceded in death by his mother, Theresa White Bull; father, Duane Eagle; adopted parents, Jerome and Lorraine Vermillion; brothers, Cyril, Philo Agard, Earl and Arthur Vermillion; sister, Marcella Talley; and cousin, Teresa Talley.
