Funeral services for Preston Village Center age 31 of Fort Yates, ND will be 10:00 AM Saturday, July 11, 2015 at The Mormon Church in Ft. Yates. Burial will be in the Reed Cemetery rural Fort Yates under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. All night wake will begin at 5PM at the AJ Agard Building. Preston passed away, Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Fort Yates, ND.

Preston Zane Village Center was born Feb. 5, 1984 at Fort Yates, ND to Jake White Bull and Nancy Village Center.

Ever since then he has been the prankster of the family. He was always in high sprits and making everyone laugh, around him. Always smiling through bad and good times. Preston was known for always helping out anyway he could, even if he acted like he didn't want to. He was the guy that everyone dared to do something or turned to do the dirty work,,, he wasn't scared of anything!

But above all he was always there for his nieces and nephews. He loved and cared for them the most. He was the favorite uncle because he was a kid at heart and was always there for them no matter what. What can I say, all in all he was a awesome person with a heart of gold! All the way to the end.

Where ever Preston Village Center went…laughter and good times followed

He will always be remembered and whenever you hear his name, laughter and fond memories will sure to follow.

He is survived by his mother, Nancy Village Center; his brothers, Louis Village Center and Thomas LaFromboise; his aunts, Judy Village Center, Gwen Village Center, and Olena Soft; his uncle, Leonard Village Center; his cousins, Vikki (John) Birdshead, Leaf (Brandon) Giroux, Claude "Sonny" Giroux, Hunter Giroux, Chantelle Giroux, Sage Giroux, Seneca (Jerome) Village Center, Sheyenne and Scott Ell, Corey (Alisha) Lewis, Anthony (Michelle) Lewis, Paul Bear Ribs, and Josh and Whitney Silk; nieces and nephews too numerous to mention; and all of his friends. We are sorry if we left anyone out, it was not intentional.

He was preceded in death by his aunt/uncle, Merle and Claude Giroux; his grandparents, Carl Village Center, Viola Witte, and Joe Sees The Elk; and his cousins, Sally Sees The Elk and Sam Ell IV.
