Mass of Christian Burial for Pius Dosch age 89 of Eagle Butte will be 10:00 AM MT Thursday, May 23, 2013 at All Saints Catholic Church of Eagle Butte. Visitation will be Wednesday starting at 6:00 P.M. with a rosary at 7PM at the Church. Burial will be in the Eagle Butte Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge.
Pius passed away at his home Monday, May 20, 2013.

Pius Dosch was born July 23, 1923 in Ziebach County, SD to Wendelin and Barbara (Marquardt) Dosch. He attended grade school at Parade, SD and high school in Eagle Butte. He worked on the farm milking cows and took care of the cows and also helped his father with threshing for the neighbors.

Pius was a life member of the All Saints Catholic Church and also a member of the Knights of Columbus Council Lodge 537 for 40 years. Pius will remain in the hearts of his brothers, Albinus, Jerome, Victor and sister Anna.

He is survived by his brothers, Albinus of Dupree, Jerome of Eagle Butte, Victor of Margate, NJ and sister Anna Heier of Ipswich.

Pius was preceded in death by his parents and brother Raymond.
