Funeral services for Ocean Sun Eberlein age 19 of Rapid City will be 10:30 AM Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. Interment will be in the St. Mary's Episcopal Cemetery Promise under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at Kesling Funeral Home. Ocean passed away, Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City.
Ocean Sun Eberlein was born on September 11, 2001 in Rapid City, South Dakota to MJ Josi Hill and Jason Eberlein. He entered the Spirit World on November 24, 2020 in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Ocean Sun was an amazing person he was like a ray of Sunshine wherever he went. He was a very kind hearted person with a beautiful smile and a personality to go with it. When you met him you never forgot him, that was the kind of effect he had on a person. He was a talented musician and loved to make beats, he had plans to make his music heard. Ocean Sun was a brilliant person with so many talents to offer in this world. When he left on his Journey, he left a huge hole in many hearts. A day won't go by that he will not be missed by those that loved and knew him.
He is survived by his daughter, Araceli Zen Eberlein and his beloved friend, Mae Long of Rapid City, SD, mother, MJ Josi Hill of Rapid City, SD, father, Jason Eberlein of Rapid City, SD, brothers, Veo & Muzyk of Rapid City, SD, sisters, Kaitlyn & Kristyn Smith, Promise, SD, Aunt, Shannon (Nathan) Jones, Kansas City, Kansas, Maternal Grandmother, Sharon Smith, Promise, SD, Maternal Grandpa, Ford Hill, LaPlant, SD, Grandmother, Gloria Smith, Promise, SD, Grandpa, Kenneth Marshall, Promise, SD, Grandpa, Carlin Brings Horse, Promise, SD and numerous Grandma's/Grandpa's/Aunts/Uncles & Cousins.
Preceded in death by his Grandparents & Great Grandparents, Violet (Iron Bird) Smith, Clifford Marshall, Sr., Frank Hill, Belva (Crowfeather) Brakefield , Judy Brody, Sue Welch & Edward Sokoloff.
