Obituary
Michael H. Gray Eagle, age 70, of Mobridge, passed away Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011 at the Golden Living Center in Mobridge. Arrangements are pending with Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge, SD.
Michael H. Grey Eagle was born January 12, 1941 in Bullhead to Michael and Charlotte (Speaks Walking) Gray Eagle. He married Florence Melvin in 1960 in North Dakota. Michael worked as a ranch hand for various farms and ranches. He was very helpful when it came to doing mechanical work, such as cars and farm equipment. He also worked with breaking horses. Michael made several trips over to Minneapolis to visit his children. Everyone who knew Michael, thought he was a very great person.
Michael is survived by children Julie Grey Eagle of Minneapolis, MN, Sherry Grey Eagle of Rapid City, SD, Reginald Grey Eagle, Minneapolis, MN, Samuel Grey Eagle of Rapid City, SD, 16 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son James Grey Eagle, wife Florence Grey Eagle, grandparents, uncle Leonard, and aunt Elaine.
