Burial at St. Paul's Episcopal Cemetery under the direction of the Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge, SD. Mercedes passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2016, at Sanford Bismarck Hospital of Bismarck, SD.

Mercedes Marie Lynn Rampersad is survived by her parents, Leo Rampersad III and Maria White Eyes; her grandpa, Waylon White Eyes; her grandma, Jennifer Weasel; her great-grandpa, Dale Weasel; her aunts, Santana White Eyes, Molina White Eyes, Dori White Eyes, and Miley White Eyes; her uncles, Hoksila White Eyes, Kidd Weasel, and In'yan Weasel; her grandparents, Leo Rampersad II, Karen and Joe Montana, Jodene Flying Horse, and Kevin Bear Ribs Sr.; her aunts, Laurie, Schalemar, Amber, Emily, Jacqueline, Trisa, Diane, Leah, and Felisha; and her uncles, Gerald, Elmer, Collin, Wyman, Eric, Garrett, Gideon, Sage, and Daniel.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandma, Mary Rose Weasel; her grandma, Cheyenne Weasel; her grandparents, Leo and Darlene Rampersad, and Elmer and Theresa Flying Horse.
