Funeral services Melanie D. Has Horns- Rousseau age 40, of Mobridge will be at 1 PM Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Messiah Church, rural Little Eagle. Burial will be at the Eagleshield-Has Horns Family Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. A Prayer service will be at 7 PM, Wednesday at the Little Eagle Blue Gym. Melanie passed Friday, December 29, 2017 in Mobridge, SD.
