Graveside services for Mrs. Karl (Mariam L.) Quenzer, age 93 of Mobridge will be 11:00 AM Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday at the Kesling Home. Mariam passed away Saturday, November 11, 2017 at the Eureka Healthcare Center in Eureka.

Mariam was born in Java on March 14, 1924 to Willie and Hulda (Naasz) Oswald.

She married Karl Quenzer on June 28, 1949 at Java, SD and to this union one daughter Dixie was born.
Mariam and Karl moved to Mobridge in 1962 where they resided until Karl's death in 2011.

Mariam then entered Avera Eureka Health Care Center in Eureka, SD., until her death.

Mariam was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Mobridge.
Mariam enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mariam is survived by, daughter, Dixie of Java, granddaughter, Laura (Rob) Johnson, of Colorado Springs, CO., grandson, Kody Lippelt (Aaron Viegets) of Denver, Co., great-grandchildren, Braden, Brittney and Bailey Johnson all of Colorado Springs, CO., brother, Larry Oswald (Trudy) of Rapid City, SD. sister, Lorraine Delzer of Aberdeen, SD.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Karl, brothers, Oliver, Aaron and Albian and sister, Arlene.
