Celebration of her life for Marge Faye Van Vugt age 72 of Strasburg, ND will be at a later date in Westfield, ND. Marge passed away Monday, June 15, 2020 at Sanford Health Center in Bismarck, ND. Arrangements are with Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge, SD.

Marge Faye Van Vugt was born July 29, 1947 to Edward and Pauline (Looyenga) Van Vugt. Marge attended the Baker School until 1963 and graduated from Strasburg High School in 1966. After graduation Marge went to Omaha, NE, she worked at the University Medical Center until 1981 then took care of a quadriplegic for 19 years.

Marge returned to South Dakota in 2003 she lived at the Riverside Apts. Before entering into the Mobridge Care Center in 2016. In 2019 Marge moved to the Strasburg Care Center to be near her sister Linda.

Marge is survived by her brothers, Gerrit and Anita Van Vugt, of Mobridge, LeRoy and Velma Van Vugt of Omaha, NE, sister Linda and Jerome Pool of Westfield, ND.

Marge was preceded in death by her son Mathew, parents Ed and Pauline Van Vugt, brother Bobby Van Vugt, sisters, Polly Vanders Vorste, Tillie (Sis) Rykman, brother-in-law, Gordon Rykman.
