Memorial services for Louise Lemburg, 88, of Selby will be at 11 AM, Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at the United Methodist Church in Selby. Louise passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at the Bowdle Nursing Home. Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge is in charge of arrangements.

Emma "Louise" Lemburg was born May 1, 1927 to Alvin P and Cara (Williams) Harris at Sanford, NC. She attended school in Sanford, NC. She worked at Siler City Hosiery Mill, in Siler City, NC from 1948 until 1957.
She married Jack B Lemburg Feb 19, 1956, and they remained in Sanford until he was discharged from the military. They then moved to a farm 7 miles Southwest of Selby. She continued to work at different positions around Selby while helping out at the farm. She was a member of the Jaycettes, and Jolly Club, and she also helped out whenever she was needed at numerous other functions. They moved into town in 1990, where she was residing until the time of her death.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, one daughter, Donna (Gary) McGee of Selby, two sons, Troy (Sandy) Lemburg of Selby, and Todd Lemburg of Selby, one sister, Ruby Graham of Sanford, NC, 6 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Father on April 15, 1979, her Mother on Feb 4, 1979, two sisters, (Virginia and Mary Frances), one brother (Alvin Jr) and one grandson (Justin White.)
