On Wednesday, December 14, 2022, Louis Lipp, loving husband and father, passed away at the age of 92.

Louis Harvey Lipp was born on August 5, 1930, in Mobridge, SD, to Mike and Maggie (Bosch) Lipp. Louis attended school in McLaughlin, SD. Louis served in the United States Air Force as Airman First Class. He worked for Andersen Construction Company for 30 years as a warehouse supervisor in Portland, OR. He was a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church.

Louie enjoyed playing cards, rodeo's, fishing, cooking and watching basketball games.

Louis was preceded in death by his father, Mike and his mother, Maggie, his first wife, Frances Klouse, three sisters, Annie, Geraldine, and Alice, one brother, Daniel (Bud).

Louis is survived by his wife, Sharon (Zimoski) Lipp, son, Chris (Megan) Lipp, grandson, Malcolm, granddaughter, Frannie, of Spearfish, SD, son, James Lipp of Portland, OR, siblings, Albert, Robert, John, Donnie, Larry, Sandi Berg, Betty Anderson, and Suzie Johnson.
