Mass of Christian Burial for LeRoy James Linderman age 62 of Timber Lake, formally Aberdeen, SD will be 10:00 AM Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Timber Lake. Inurnment will be in the Timber Lake Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. Visitation will be Friday, March 31, 2017 at 5:00 PM with a scripture wake service at 7:00 PM at the church. LeRoy passed away Monday, March 27, 2017 at his home in Timber Lake, SD.

LeRoy was born March 9, 1955 to Roy and Cecelia (Schweitzer) Linderman in Mobridge,SD. He was the first of seven children; five boys and two girls. The family lived in Timber Lake where they ran the Dakota Theater for many years. They also enjoyed countless camping trips along the river. He graduated from Timber Lake High School in 1973. He then joined the Army until 1976 when he received an honorable discharge.

He started his career of 31 years with Northwestern Bell in 1976 in Mobridge. He then moved within the company to Aberdeen, SD until 1999 when he then moved back to his hometown of Timber Lake. He retired in 2007.

In his spare time, he enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who have shared in his life.

He is survived by his children Tabitha (Dave) Kulm, Chad Linderman, Kevin (Brandi) Linderman, step-daughter Anastasiya Linderman, 4 grandchildren Alec Kulm, Tristan Kulm, Parker Kulm and Hailey Linderman, a grandson due in May, brothers Neil Linderman, Mark Linderman, Lyle (Pat) Linderman, Jan (Deb) Linderman and sisters
Colette (Mitch) Enright, Nikki (Marlin) Larson, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his infant son James Linderman,his parents Roy and Cecelia Linderman. maternal grandparents John and Maggie Schweitzer, paternal grandparents Albert and Lizzie Linderman.
