Obituary

Funeral service for Kenneth Hendricks, 65, of Bullhead will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at the McLaughlin Blue Gym. Interment will be at the All Nations Veteran's Cemetery rural McLaughlin under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at the McLaughlin Blue Gym starting at 5:00 PM, with a prayer service at 7:00PM. Kenneth passed away Friday, June 2, 2017 at the Mobridge Regional Hospital.

Kenneth Dale Hendricks-Two Bears was born on June 10, 1951 at Fort Yates, ND, to June Ritz-Two Bears

Kenneth spent his early years working and helping his step-father Francis Ritz with his business. He resided in Mobridge, SD until he enlisted into the US Army on November 4, 1970. He was then stationed in Fort Lewis, Washington and successfully served in the Vietnam Conflict in the 1st Calvary Division and was honorably discharged on September 28, 1972.
Later in life Kenneth would go onto work as a police officer for the Cheyenne River Police Department, he also drove truck throughout the United States.
In the last of Kenny's year's, he settled in Bullhead, South Dakota. Kenny loved to hunt, ride horses, work with cattle and visit with his family and numerous friends.

Kenny always had a smile on his face a story to tell and laugh to share. He will greatly miss.

Kenny is survived by his aunt, Elaine Gipp, Favorite cousin, Mona Holy Bear, cousin Miles Gipp, Children starting from the oldest to the youngest, Angela Marie Hendricks -Cheek, Ken Dale Douglas also known as Kenneth Dale Hendricks Jr., Dale Marie Hendricks, Theresa Cadotte-Long Feather, Shawna Cadotte, Shilo Cadotte, and Sheyenne Cadotte, Special Grandchildren, Ryley Arthur, PJ Arthur, Domnique Arthur, Russell Douglas, Monti Douglas, Keili Douglas, Konor Douglas, Rylee Harris, Trisden Harris, Darlene Cadotte-Rodriquez, Tony Cadotte-Rodriquez, Jeremiah Cadotte, Elras Long Feather, Mariah Johnson, Kylie Bad Male, Bexley Flying Bye, Scarlett Cadotte and Layla Martin.

Kenny was preceded in death by his grandparent, George and Esther Two Bears, parents, June and Francis Ritz, sisters, Deborah Russell, Lorna Two Bears, children, Kimberly Hendricks, Edward Cadotte, one brother, Milton Two Bears, granddaughter, Myka Cheek

Kenny had many friends and family who loved him dearly, too many to name, we apologies in advanced if anyone was forgotten.
