Celebration of Life service for Kathryn Lea Dupris Logg age 45 of Fort Yates will be Friday, September 4, 2020 at the Logg Family Home in Eagle Butte, SD. (Inurnment will be in the Cherry Creek Episcopal Cemetery. Kathryn passed away Friday, August28, 2020 at Sanford Hospital in Bismarck, ND. Arrangements with Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge, SD.

Kathryn Lea Dupris Logg, was born on September 13, 1974 at Pierre, SD to Lavonne Condon

and Maynard Dupris. She grew up in Cherry Creek, SD until she turned eighteen and went to

college. Kathryn married Leslie Logg on July 30, 2004 at the All Saints Catholic Church. On this

day Kathryn and the girls welcomed Les into their family.

At the time of her death Kathryn was the Lieutenant at the Standing Rock Agency. She has

been with the BIA since October 15, 2007. She started her Law Enforcement Career as a

Dispatcher in Pennington County in 1999. She then moved back to Cheyenne River and worked

as a Dispatcher there. Kathryn then worked hard and got moved up to the Adult Administrator.

In the early 2000's she was promoted to the Deputy of Detention. Then around 2007 she

accepted a position with the BIA office in Billings Montana.

Kathryn has many loving friends who helped her through the tough times in her life. The one

that helped her the most is her special friend Tyler Henry. Any problem that Kathryn had Tyler

was there for her. Through the tough times and the good times. Not only was Tyler good to

Kathryn he was good to her family too.

No matter the situation Kathryn was in she always had the brightest smile on her face. She

remained strong for everyone around her and she had the biggest heart for taking care of

everyone else before she took care of herself. Kathryn was one that people would go to for

advice and she would know exactly what to say when it came to helping others.

Kathryn is survived by her two daughters, Rian and Kiana Logg of Eagle Butte SD; Leslie Logg

of Eagle Butte, SD; Wade Kingfisher of Vegas; Kristi (Tracy) Lawrence of Eagle Butte, SD;

Charles Dupris of Midvale, Utah; Michael Dupris (Lisa O'Neal) of Dupree, SD.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lavonne Condon and Maynard Dupris, Maternal and Paternal Grandparents, Bud Condon and Esther Between Lodges, Rosalie and Millard Dupris, Uncles, Keeler Condon and Bryan Dupris, Aunties, Bonita, Bernice and Julie Condon.
