Memorial service for Karen Johs age 57 of Mobridge will be 2:00 PM Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Kesling Funeral Home Chapel. Inurnment will be at Black Hills National Cemetery at a later date under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. Karen passed away, Sunday, April 5, 2015 at her home.

Karen was born to Anton & Mary Lou Johs on August 6, 1957 in Bismarck ND. She attended St. Mary's Grade School and graduated from Bismarck High School
in 1975. She worked various jobs throughout her life including retail, daycare, accounting and environmental services.

She married Terry Rinderneck on August 3, 2001 and moved from Bismarck to Mobridge at that time. Karen enjoyed going to second hand and dollar stores and spending time with family and friends, nieces and nephews.

Karen is survived by her husband Terry Rinderneck and stepdaughter Morgan; parents Anton & Mary Lou Johs, one brother Steve (Jeanne) Johs; two sisters Melinda (Alan) Schadler and Donna (Tony) Wilson; four nieces, three nephews and one great nephew as well as multiple extended family whom she loved.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Math & Agatha Schneider and Sebastian & Elizabeth Johs, all of Napoleon, and uncles James Schneider of Kintyre ND and Alvin Schneider of Bismarck.
