Funeral services for Judith Pfeifle, 61, of Mobridge will be at 11 AM, Friday, May 27, 2022, at Kesling Funeral Home in Mobridge. Visitation will start at 9 AM. Judith passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls. Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge is entrusted with arrangements.

Judith Julia was born on July 12, 1960 in Stuttgart, Germany to David and Anita (Bojanowski) Nisbet.  She came to the United States in 1962 with her family. In 1963 they moved to Forestburg, South Dakota. Judith began school there. In 1972 the family moved to Mobridge where she finished her schooling. While in school she was involved in track, basketball, cheerleading and 4-H.  She also was in school choir and was a gifted musician who played the clarinet and piano. After school she moved to Pierre. She married Dale Pfeifle in Gettysburg, South Dakota in 1978.  Judith moved back to Mobridge in 1989 and remained there until her passing.

Judith worked at the Lumberyard in Mobridge and Dave's Auto Clinic.  She was considered an expert on computers.  Although Judith never had any children of her own, she enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews fishing and being outdoors.

Judith is survived by her mother; Anita of Mobridge, SD, brother; Andy (Dusty) Nisbet of Mobridge, SD, sisters; Carol Davis of Mobridge, and Ruth (Glen) Roebuck of Huron.  She is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews and 12 great nieces and nephews and many cousins in Germany.

She is preceded in death by her father; David, grandparents; Lester and Lucille Nisbet, Elsie and August Bojanowski, uncle; Herman Bojanowski, and great nephews; Greycen and Lukas Davis.
