To honors Judy's wished a small private memorial service was held to celebrate her life, Judy Ann Lipp has been granted her Angles Wings on July 4th, 2016 at Pierre. Arrangements have been entrusted to Kesling Funeral Home.

Judy was born on August 7, 1949 at Bismarck, ND to Eddie and Hilda (Voller) Hager. She attended Holy Cross Grade School and graduated from Timber Lake High School in 1967.
She worked as a legal secretary for 18 years with Aberle & Aberle Attorneys in Timber Lake before relocating to Rapid City in 1999. She worked for Assurant in Rapid City until 2011 when she got to enjoy an early retirement.
Judy loved spending time with her grandchildren walking, and shopping especially for shoes.

She is survived by 2 daughters Shelby Gray of Rapid City, SD, Misty Holzer of Enderlin, ND., 5 grandchildren, Taylor Lipp, Kalli Holzer, Jacob Holzer, Jaelyn Holzer, JC Gray and few close personal friends & family.
