Prayer services for Joshua Logg, Jr., 66 of McLaughlin will be held at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. Visitation will begin at 4:00 pm. Joshua passed away on January 25, 2024.

Joshua Brian Logg, Jr., was born on December 27, 1957, to Joshua Logg, Sr. and Virginia Black Prairie Dog in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. He joined two sisters, Annabelle and Juanita. Along with his brothers; Laverne, Elgin, Cornelius, Lewellyn and Adrian. He attended Eagle Butte School and graduated from Flandreau Indian High School.

Anyone who knew Joshua knew he was caring, kind-hearted, considerate, and always willing to help others when he could. He was always there for his children when they needed his help. He was worried about them and loved them equally. Joshua was a single parent after he divorced Ardis Kills Crow in 2002. He always had a job everywhere he lived (Sioux Falls, Eagle Butte, Mobridge and Oklahoma).

Joshua is survived by his daughters; Jacqueline and Kara Logg, stepsons; Lloyd and Michael Kills Crow, brothers, Adrian, Elgin and Laverne, grandkids, Kameron DeMarrias, Taye and Tre Kills Crow, Kioti, Koda, Louli Kills Crow, Darrien and Adrien New Holy, Romeo and Teegan Kills Crow.

Joshua was preceded in death by his father, Joshua Logg, Sr., his mother Virginia Black Prairie Dog/Logg, Doug Niers, Wendy and Wanda, grandfather, Frank Logg.
