Traditional service for Jennie Cher Bison, age 43 of San Tan Valley, AZ will be 4:00 PM MDT, Friday, August 29, 2019 at the White Horse Community Center in White Horse with Orval Looking Horse. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM CDT Saturday, August 31, 2019 with Rev. Kim Fonder at Kesling Funeral Home in Mobridge, SD Jennie passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at the University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque, NM.

On November 17,1975, was born to Julie Lafferty and Alfonso Roy Bison, at Hills Air Force Base, Ogden, Utah.

Jennie attended school at UTTC - Bismarck, ND; Ashland, MT; Rapid City, Promise, Dupree, Mobridge, Eagle Butte, receiving her High School diploma from Sturgis, SD.

Jennie was an amazing women that was loved, is missed, and will forever be cherished, renowned for her adventurous, vibrant and jubous spirit. She could light up the room and her vivacious smile will always be remembered. She could do anything she put her mind too. From working in restaurant business, call center associate, owner/business manager with her most prized job of caretaker of her children.

Loved ones that will miss Jennie until they meet again are mother Julie Lafferty, father Alfonso Roy Bison ; her five children Hope, Abbie, Ethan, Trance and Elijah; her three grandchildren Persephone, Alani and Marcellino,; and her siblings Hope, Wade, Jeramy, Julia, Nathan, Charles, Valerie, Rae Dawn, Tasheena, and Theodore.

Loved ones that cleared the path for her journey are her maternal grandparents: Arthur and Verla Lafferty, paternal grandparents: Theodore and Jennie White Skunk Bison, Aunt Linda Lafferty, Uncle Richard Jensen, and Dustin Oller.
