Funeral services for Jade Three Legs, 30, of Wakpala, will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, October 10, 2025, at the Wakpala Community Center. Burial will be in the St. Elizabeth's Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. A procession will leave Kesling Funeral Home at 5:00 pm, Thursday, October 9, 2025, to the Wakpala Community Center where a prayer service will be held at 7:00 pm. Jade passed away, Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Ava's House Hospice in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Jade Yevette Three Legs was born on August 4th, 1995, to the late Wade Three Legs Sr. and Imogene W. Swimmer. She was the oldest of 3 children. She grew up in Wakpala, South Dakota.

In school she was a talented bookworm. When school ended for the summer, she attended "Gear up!" for a couple summers. This is where she met Jacob Not Help Him and her daughter Josephine C. Not Help Him was born and she lived in Oglala, SD for five years. She graduated in 2013. She came home and lived until she died. She did a lot of babysitting for the family and was Moses guardian for a year. She loved all her family and friends.

She is survived by her mother Imogene Swimmer, her brother Wade E. Three Legs ΙΙΙ, Mya Raba and many Family & Friends. She took Hunka sisters & brothers, they know who they are, and uncles Glenn Three Legs & Gordan Three Legs.

She was preceded in death by her father Wade Three Legs Sr, her grandma Lavina Three Legs, her grandfather Wilbert Three Legs, Gilbert "Oka" Three Legs, and May round Three Legs.
