Obituary
Helen L. Keller, age 88, of Mobridge passed away Monday, May 10, 2010 at the Golden Living Center in Mobridge. Arrangements are pending with Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge.
Helen L. Keller was born on September 9, 1921 to Wilbur and Frances (Mullinix) Horn in Erie, PA. The family subsequently moved to Detroit, MI where she attended school. After graduating high school she went to work for Burroughs Corporation in Detroit. She remained there until her retirement. After her retirement she remained in the Detroit area until November 2007 when she moved to Mobridge, SD. In Mobridge she was a parishioner at St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
She is survived by her son, Robert (Marla) Keller of Mobridge; grandson, Wade Keller of Mobridge, brothers, George (Daisy) Horn of Richmond, VA, and LeRoy (Joyce) Horn of Canton, MI; sister, Virginia Vagnetti of Royal Oak, MI and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Robert Horn and sisters, Ruth Kloeckner and Juanita Hay.
