Mass of Christian Burial for Florence M. Iron Necklace, age 15 of Eagle Butte, SD will be 10:00 AM MDT Monday, June 12, 2017 at all Saints Catholic Church in Eagle Butte. Interment will be in the Eagle Butte Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. Family and friends are asked to meet at 4-mile junction Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 5:00 PM to preceded to All Saints Catholic Church with a Scripture wake service to begin at 7:00 PM. Florence passed away Monday, June 5, 2017 at Rapid City Regional Hospital.

Florence Megan was born October 23, 2001 in Bismarck, ND to Casey Miner and Jerrada Red Horse. She was raised and attended school in Eagle Butte, SD. Florence loved spending time with her friends and her baby brother Casey and her sister Dominique. She enjoyed playing basketball and driving her dads trucks around. She was a very caring and protective young lady with her friends and family. She had just completed 9th grade at Cheyenne-Eagle Butte High School. She also loved spending her time with her very special friend Gabriel High Bear.

Florence is survived by her father, Casey (Amanda) Miner, and mother, Jerrada Red Horse; her sister, Dominique and brothers, Casey, Micah, and Dante; her grandparents, Cora and Joe Miner; uncles, Thomas M Delong, Charles Miner, Cris Miner, Woodrow Star III, Joseph Walking Elk, David Halsey, and Chance Halsey; and her favorite aunt, Colette Walking Elk and Melissa Mason; cousins, Chris, Casey, Taylor, Julianne, Jacey, Jade, Josey, Jeffrey, Jarrett, Tommy, Jordan, Ty, Philip, Halsey, Jake, Sydalee, Lynette, Taylor, Sonny, Jeni, Alex, Mila, Yammi, Xavier, Isabel, Cris Jr, Joseph, Lanie, Katie, Kiefer, Kelsey and her special friend Gabriel.

Florence is preceded in death by her auntie, Lee Marie Halsey, her grandpas, Thomas Halsey, Larry 'Maza' Iron Necklace, Philip 'Cowboy' Halsey, and Norman Walking Elk, and grandma, Flora Walking Elk, and Great-Grandma, Florence 'Flossie' Halsey, and Great-Grandpa, Philip Halsey.
