Graveside services for Faye Left Hand age 75 of Kenel, will be 10:00 AM, Monday, July 20, 2020 at the Left Hand Family Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. Procession will be leaving the funeral home at 9:00 AM on Monday. Faye passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at her daughter's home in Aberdeen, SD.

Faye Brave Crow Left Hand was born on January 29, 1945 in Bullhead, South Dakota to Steven Brave Crow and Ellen Spotted Bird.

Faye worked at the Chief Gall inn, a matron at the dorms in Fort Yates ND, worked for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, the Bureau of Indian affairs. She received her degree at Sitting Bull College this was her last job was at the College.

Faye wore many hat's. She was a great cook, made the best fry bread, she canned, knitted, a seamstress up to her passing. She was still a foster parent her and Clayton were foster parents to many, many children. Faye was the best wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother to her family and a great friend to everyone she knew.

On July 17 Faye and Clayton would have celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary.

Faye is survived by her husband Clayton Left Hand, son, Delyle Left Hand daughters' Carmen, Shannon, Clayce Left Hand and Horace Gibbs. Grandchildren; Brandon, Hesston, Aaron, Tiffany, Melinda, Jud, Shawn, Chet, Cody, Cyle, Teegan, Layton, Kayton, Fayton, Toby, Jesse, Riley, Khasidy, Riggen, Rhian, Claybrooke, Cecilia, Wakiyan, Great-grandchildren; Tahlia Faye, Tanayah, Tayanna, Shawnia, Taniyah, Taylah, Talon, Tatum, Tyla, Mimi, Trigger, Trey, Taye, Tyree, Draven, Kalila, Eleanor, Kali, Lincoln, Domonic, Camyron, Bradyn, Andrew.

Faye was preceded in death by her father, Steven Brave Crow Sr., Mother, Ellen Spotted Bird, Brother, Steven Brave Crow Jr., Sisters, Pauline Brave Crow, Joyce Brave Crow, Marie Enriqeuz, Eleanor Brave Crow, Son, Toby Left Hand, grandson, Cadelee Locke, sister-in-law, Esther Silk, Alberta Rough Surface, Minnie LaFromboise, Elsie Martin, Roseann Grey Hawk, Brothers-in-law, Ambrose Left Hand, Benny Left Hand, and Teddy Left Hand and many, many Nieces and Nephews.
