She lived with her grandmother Doris Bagola then stayed with her great-grandmother, Rose LeBeau, who finished raising her. She took on the ways of a "Little Grandma". She later married Mike Baker, Sr. and moved to Bear Creek. From this union, they shared seven children: Cordray, Gabriel, Brandi Rose, Stoney, Michael Jr., James and Michelle. D'Anna was a kindhearted person who valued all of her friends and relatives. She loved all of her children but was especially proud of her son Cordray for joining and completing his tour with the Army. Some of D'Anna's hobbies were arts & crafts, word search puzzles, cooking and baking. She made awesome oven bread and fry bread from a recipe that was passed down from her grandmas. She loved to make cakes when she worked in the LTM bakery. D'Anna was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church and also a member of the St. Elizabeth Guild. She enjoyed helping with the church fundraisers, where she was seen "flipping pancakes" at a pancake supper. She just enjoyed working for her church.
D'Anna loved all children and was blessed with two beautiful granddaughters, Emily and Kyleigh whom she loved dearly. The parents are Cordray and Calandra White Dog. She dearly loved all of her grandmothers, aunties, uncles, her siblings, cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews.
