Cody James "Beans" was born September 6, 1997 to Lynn A. Archambault (Dogskin) and Vine M. Archambault. He grew up in Ft Yates ND with four siblings. Cody attended SR elementary school and went to Circle of Nations of boarding school for middle school and for high school he attended Flandreau Indian school with his two older brothers. He was also very active in the NoDapl protests it was very important to him. Cody met and made an impact on many he came across in life and school. Many would say he had a dark sarcastic sense of humor but that's what everyone learned to love about him, most of all he was one of the kindest people you'd meet. He could always bring a smile to someone's face and lend a hand if he could. Cody had a saying "There's only two things in life that matter. Family and cookies" a saying all of his siblings and family would agree was true. Cody was a warrior who will be very deeply missed and irreplaceable to many close to him near and far.

Cody joins in the spirit world his mother, brother John Cadotte, infant sister Tanya Harrison, Cousin Derek Long, Paternal uncles Michael Macky White Mountain, his paternal grandfathers Vincent Archambault, and grandmother Edna Broken Rope, His maternal grandfather Freeland J Dogskin, and many other relatives on both sides of the family.

Cody leaves behind his girlfriend and mother of his child Shelby Tree Top of Mobridge, SD, his brothers Vine Archambault of Bremerton, WA, Vincent Archambault of Anaconda, Mt, Logan Harrison of Bremerton, WA, and sister Alexandria Dogskin and family of Bremerton, Wa, His father Vine M Archambault and family, of Billings Mt, Maternal Grandmother Enid TA, of Ft yates, ND, his uncles on his mother's side, and many friends he made over the years in boarding school, his NoDapl family, and maternal and paternal aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
