Funeral services for Caroline Condon, age 69 of Wakpala will be 1:00 PM Thursday, January 9, 2020 at Kesling Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM Thursday, January 9, 2020 at the Kesling Funeral Home, in Mobridge, SD. Caroline passed away Friday, January 03, 2020 at Mobridge Regional Hospital.

Caroline Lillian Condon was born October 1, 1950 to Walter Melvin Tiger and Nora Mae Rough Surface Tiger Silk in Old Kenel. She was the second oldest daughter followed by 5 sisters and 4 brothers.

In her early years she attended school in school in Ft. Yates, ND. She moved to Dallas, TX and briefly in Montana before returning back to South Dakota. She worked as a CNA at the Mobridge Care Center. Mama was a very hard worker. She worked lunch duties at the Freeman-Davis School in Mobridge, and she began working for the Grand River Casino in 1992. When she joined the team at GRC she would always be on time and when she seen someone who needed help outside her department, she would always lend a hand. Caroline more than 10 years of service in the restaurant industry.

Cissy married Robert Louis Condon in 1991. Cissy had her first daughter Heather, her second daughter Terri, followed by two sons, Ronald (Junior) and Trampus. She took in and raised Pearl Jade, Jeremy and Kenny and Kennedy Tiger. Mama and Daddy were also foster parents for several years.

Mama had a heart of gold. She was kind and always helped when needed. She was liked by all. She had the type of personality that when meeting her, you became a life-long friend immediately

She became ill in 2017 with health complications. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She would gleam with love, when they would come for a visit. During the holiday's she would do her best to make them special for everyone. She enjoyed going to casino and sitting at her favorite machine in the corner. She was pretty lucky at times but like to just go and visit people too.

Cissy is survived by her daughters, Heather Tiger of Bismarck, Terri (Tom) Smith of White Horse, sons, Ronnie (Mindy) Traversie of Wakpala, Trampus Tiger of Bismarck, Kennedy Tiger of Wakpala, Pearl (PJ) Tiger, of Fort Yates, Jeremy (John Boy) Tiger of Fort Yates, Her siblings, David "Webb" (Deb) Tiger of Wakpala, Tracy Shillingstad of Rapid City, Holly (Pierre) Laundreaux, Darrel (Robert) Torrez both from Truth Or Consequences, AZ, Jack Silk of Madison, grand-children, Darian and Dayson Lawrence, Daryl Paige, Tomi Lynn, Bobbi Renae Smith, Kodi Rose, Curtis Wayne, Rhonna Caelex, Caysen Louis, Alex and AJ Traversie, Tigh Walter Tiger, one great-grandson Brylee Thomas Weleba, only living Uncle, Robert Tiger Sr., brother-in-laws, Allen Wald, Douglas White Bull, special niece, Juliana (Crawford) White Bull Taken Alive, Wilbert "Bear" (Wendy) White Bull.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Nora Mae Rough Surface Tiger Silk, father, Walter Melvin Tiger, husband, Robert Condon, sisters, Roberta (Boom) White Bull, Pearl (Hank) Reiss, Doris (Honey Bee) McGhee, Victoria (Sugar) Three Legs, Kathleen (Kelly) Tiger, brothers, Gilbert (Gibb) Tiger, niece, Haley Sandmeier, nephew, Douglas (BJ) White Bull Jr., uncles, Clifford (Buddy) Rough Surface, Stanley Rough Surface, Fremont Tiger Sr., Wilbur (Chazz) Gabe Jr., brother-in laws, Clayton, Elmer, Gerald Wald, great-granddaughter, Aubree Anberlin Weleba.
