Graveside services for Carol Corrine Fron, 84, of Timber Lake will be at 10:30 AM, MT, Saturday, November 2, 2019, at Hillview Cemetery in Isabel. Carol passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019, at West River Medical Center in Hettinger, ND.

Carol Corrine (Solberg) Fron was the second of six children born to Esther (King) and Bert Solberg on June 26, 1935. She spent the first eight years living near Glad Valley, SD. After the death of her father, they moved to Isabel where she graduated from high school. During her junior and senior years in school she worked at the B and B Café. It was there she met Stanly Fron. They were married June 9, 1955. Their only child, Audrey was born on Thanksgiving Day, November 22, 1956.

Carol was a very good cook, there wasn't anything she couldn't make. Living on the Rubendall Ranch there was always something to do. Carol always had a big garden, so canning took up a good share of the summer. She ordered baby chicks and enjoyed all the work they were to raise. She enjoyed being home, being a wife and mother and grand-mother to her two grand-children Cyle and Amy. The United Parish was her home church.

Carol is survived by her daughter, Audrey (Mac) Longbrake, grand-children, Cyle and Amy Thorstenson of Timber Lake, sisters, Betty Fritz of Rapid City, Bev (Lorry) Lindskov of Isabel, Brother, Dan Solberg, Alcester, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Stanley, brother, Wayne, sister, Denaldo and two nieces.
