Funeral services for Brad Martell 31 of McLaughlin, SD will be Tuesday 10:30 AM at the UCC Church in McLaughlin. Burial will be in the UCC Cemetery McLaughlin. A prayer service will be Monday at 7:00 PM at the church. Visitation will be Monday beginning at 6:00 PM at the Church Brad passed away November 30, 2012 at his home in McLaughlin, SD. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge, SD.

Brad Raymond Martell was born on August 30, 1981 in Mobridge to Richard and Carolyn (Giese) Martell. He attended McLaughlin School and following graduation he attended VOTEC school for two years at Mitchell, SD and received a degree in telecommunication. He was employed at the Prairie Dog Café in McLaughlin as a cook.

He was an accomplished artist and tattooist. Brad enjoyed tattooing, drawing, working on cars with Kenny and Joe Comeau up on the hill, visiting friends and family, and cooking. He was a member of the United Church of Christ.

Brad is survived by his parents Richard and Carolyn Martell of McLaughlin, one brother Brian (Camille) Martell of McLaughlin, two nieces Kimora Martell and Christmas Cadotte, one nephew Clayton Enno, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Edwin and Lydia Giese, Eugene and Tillie Martell, one uncle Murrel Martell, and one cousin Colette Maxon.
