Funeral services for Bonnie Hill age 53 of West Fargo, ND, will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Kesling Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. Visitation will be from 5 to 7PM at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 29, 2015. Bonnie passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at her home.

Bonnie (Sjomeling) Hill was born December 13, 1962, in Mobridge, SD, to Leslie and Anna (Ryckman) Sjomeling. Bonnie grew up and attended school in Mobridge. Bonnie received her GED in 2000, she was very proud of this accomplishment.

Bonnie married Dave Weber on April 14, 1979, and raised her four children in Oakes, ND. Bonnie later married Vern Hill in 1996 in Reno, NV; becoming a step-mother to his two children. She then lived in New Orleans from 2005-2010, where she helped after hurricane Katrina.

Her family meant everything to her. She loved nothing more than spending time with her children and grandchildren. Bonnie enjoyed traveling, camping, journaling, gardening, crocheting, and fishing. She always had a smile on her face and she would give the shirt off her back to help anyone. She was also known for her great love for animals.

Bonnie is survived by her husband, Vern Hill of West Fargo, ND; four children, B.J. Weber of Bismarck, ND, Matthew Weber, of Oakes, ND, Anna Weber of Hawley, MN, and Cheryl Weber of Northwood, ND; 11 grandchildren; her mother, Anna Sjomeling of Strasburg, ND; and her siblings, Cindy Sandmeier of Pollock, Janet (Les) Kosters of Mobridge, Jackie (Bob) Vetsch of Pollock, and Kenny (Patty) Sjomeling of Bismarck.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her father, Leslie Sjomeling in 2013; and her brother, Mike Sjomeling in 1977.
