Private family services for Beverly Ann Howard, 81, of Kenel, will be held. Beverly passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at the Mobridge Regional Hospital.

Beverly Ann Howard was born April 19, 1943, to Leo Howard and Rose Demery. She attended elementary school at Kenel Day School, then attended high school at Standing Rock High School in Fort Yates. She lived in Kenel all of her life. She had four children, Milton, Randy, Stewart and Jackie. She had five grandchildren, Kyle, Chelsea, Laney, Abigal and Jackson Howard and one great grandchild, Oliver.

Beverly loved going to the Grand River Casino and playing her same favorite slot machine. She loved drinking her coffee while watching her favorite soap operas and working in her yard.

She is survived by her three sisters, Jeanette Chase Alone, Caroline (Lloyd) Thompson, and Sharon (Jimmy) Starr, nieces, Billie Jo, and Ronni Chase Alone, Steffnie and Jessica Thompson, Kasey and Danielle Starr, Tammy Howard, Renae Left Hand and Staci McGhee, her grandchildren, Ciara, Trinity and Lukus Chase Alone, Alexis Merkel and Blaise Thompson, Evan Thompson, Megan Walker, Samuel, Trejen, Tripp, Tuf, Teeg and Tace Porras and great grandchildren, Rose and Dylinger Kuntz, Aria and Ashton Chase Alone, Sawyer and Sylas Walker, Maxin Merkel, Briauna, Treveyn, Mason, Hendrix and Bri Thompson and all other grandchildren.

Beverly was preceded in death by her father, Leo Howard, Mother Rose Demery, Sister Donita Howard, Brother, Del Left Hand, nephew and nieces, Myron and Delmar Howard, Cowboy, Wesley and Lisa Chase Alone, Shaina McGhee, and grandson, Kingston Kuntz
