Beverly passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at the Mobridge Regional Hospital.

Beverly Jean Anderson was born on March 17, 1941 to Earl and Winifred (Fansler) Sevrens in Mobridge, SD. Bev attended rural Walworth County school.

Beverly met the love of her life when she was 18 years old. She married Larry (Gene) Anderson on March 20, 1960 in Mobridge, SD. They started their life together working for rural farmers. Then in 1962, they began traveling with road construction crews until 1966, when they moved to Rapid City, SD. While there, she enjoyed raising her children and supporting her husband. In 1968, they took over his family farm in Lowry, SD. There, she spent her days milking, cooking, baking and thoroughly enjoyed taking care of her loving family. Bev and Larry were blessed with three children, Douglas (Deann), Debra (Mark) and Delaine (Phil). She has held many roles throughout her life, wife, best friend, loving mother, veterinarian and cowgirl, working side by side with Larry.

Bev always looked forward to October when her children and many grandchildren gathered at the farmhouse for pheasant season, where they could always count on Grandma's delicious baked goods and hours of buck euchre games.

In 2000, Bev and Larry retired to Mobridge. In the summer months she enjoyed gardening and taking long walks hand in hand with Larry. During the winter months they escaped the snow to Texas where she enjoyed taking bus tours in Mexico, playing cards, attending potlucks, and jam sessions. Bev and Larry made many wonderful lifelong friends while in Texas.

Beverly will be missed dearly by all she had the pleasure of knowing and loving her.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Larry (Gene), their son Doug and his wife Deann and their children, Vanessa, Brandon, and Douglas, daughter, Debra, her husband Mark, and their children, Lindsy (Jimmy), Jared (fiancé Miranda) Casey and Kendsy, and daughter, Delaine, her husband Phil and their children, Brittany, Morgan, Douglas, Devon, Hailey, Alexandria and Nicholas and one great-grandson Carsen.

Bev follows to heaven her mother, father, infant brother, Douglas and her in-laws Norman and Evelyn Anderson.
