Mass of Christian Burial for Autumn Taken Alive, 16, Bullhead, will be 11:00 AM CT December 24, 2012 , St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Bullhead, SD. Burial will be St. Aloysius Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home. Visitation, Sunday, December 23, 2012 starting at 5PM with a prayer service at 7PM. Friends and family are meet on top of Bullhead hill at 4PM to proceed to the church. Autumn passed away December 13, 2012.

Autumn Jo Taken Alive was born September 1, 1996 in Mobridge, SD to Mary Jo (Brownotter) Taken Alive and Arthur Taken Alive, Jr.

Autumn attend Rock Creek Grant School, up until the 7th grade than she went to McLaughlin Public School where she was very active & excelled in basketball & volleyball, ran cross country & track.

Autumn was very outgoing & energetic, she loved playing basketball, she played in many tournaments, she looked up to her older brothers Vance & Martin when it came to basketball, she wanted to be just like them, she loved being around friends & family.

Autumn was always happy & cheerful, she always knew how to make someone smile & laugh, she had that smile to brighten someone's day, she was always laughing & joking, in her free time she liked to ride horse, she was a little cowgirls, she made silly home video's.

Autumn is survived by her Mother; Mary Jo Taken Alive (Bullhead, SD) Father; Arthur Taken Alive, Jr., (Pierre, SD), Brothers; Grady Uses Arrow, Vance Taken Alive, Martin Taken Alive, Arthur Taken Alive III, Charles Jim Taken Alive, and Ron Brownotter. One Sister; Vanessa Brownotter. Maternal Grandmother; Cecilia Brownotter (Bullhead) and Paternal Grandmother and Paternal Grandfather, Ernestine Spotted Horse, Blaine Spotted Horse, Paternal grandmother, Audrey Elk Looks Back, numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
