Anthony Corbin Brownotter, "Partner" was born October 20, 1987, in Madras, Oregon. He passed away unexpectedly on November 1, 2025. Anthony spent his childhood in McLaughlin and attended school there, where he enjoyed playing football for the Midgets. Anthony was raised by his grandparents, Robert and Lydia Kills Enemy and after the passing of his grandmother, he chose to stay with his grandpa, Bob. They were close companions and did everything together. Grandpa Bob nicknamed him, PARTNER. Anthony lived a life that was real and raw as it was full of heart, there was never a shortage of "I love yous" and hugs. Later he went to work for his uncle Courtney and Ron Brownotter; whom he lived and respected. Anthony would refer to his uncle Courtney as his greatest influence and referred to him as a father figure. Anthony loved working cattle and buffalo, always joking and laughing with his cousins and friends to the point where Courtney would have to send them in different directions or get a tongue lashing. He bonded with his cousins and friends to the point where brotherhood and sisterhood were formed.
Anthony loved quick and loved hard to the point where his numerous girlfriends were referred to as "The flavor of the month" but through it all, Anthony maintained a relationship with Whitney and her children; Conrad and Cecilia and he often referred to Whitney as his best friend and they confided in each other.
Anthony will be remembered for his humor, his loyalty, his love of his dogs, his never-ending I love yous, and big teddy bear hugs, his hardworking hands, his capacity for love and forgiveness. His story was not perfect, but it was honest, human and filled with the kind of spirit that can never be forgotten.
Anthony is survived by his parents Ivan Brownotter Sr., and Mary Rivas (Jorge), brothers; Jeffrey Brownotter, Ivan "Bug" Brownotter, Sisters; Dessirae Brown, Michaela Brownotter, Christina Eagle (Kyle), Haidee Silk and Chloe Silk, his children; Keagon Brownotter, Olivia Mendoza, Kristopher Weasel, Liam "Chip" Little Dog and Taylor Brown Otter.
