Obituary
Anna Bieber Beitelspacher, 99, Selby passed away, June 6, 2010 at the Good Samaritan Center in Selby.
Funeral Services will be Thursday, June 10, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at the Lowry Pilgrim Community Church, with the Rev. Jake Kirschenman officiating.
Interment will be in the Lowry Cemetery.
Anna Bieber Beitelspacher was born on December 25, 1910 to Jacob and Katherine (Haidle) Bieber south east of Lowry. Her parents died at a very young age. She then lived with her brother and his family until she married Fred Beitelspacher on June 6, 1933. They had four children: Lester, Wayne, Leon, and Nancy.
In 1967 Anna moved to Selby and worked for Smith's Red Barn Laundry and Dry Cleaning. After retiring she started taking in mending. Anna was know for her ability to mend anything.
She enjoyed baking bread and strudels.
Anna passed away June 6, 2010 at the Good Samaritan Center in Selby.
Anna was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and five sisters, granddaughter.
Anna is survived by her four children; Lester (Margaret) Beitelspacher, of Watertown, SD, Wayne (Carol) Beitelspacher, of Bend, OR, Leon (Donna Davis) Beitelspacher, of Gettysburg, SD, and Nancy (Jim) Copeland, of Minneapolis, MN, 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flower's memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
