Funeral services for Angeline Iron Cloud, age 38, of rural Wakpala will be at 11 AM, Saturday, May 31, 2014 at St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church. Burial will be at the church cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. Visitation will be Friday from 6-10 PM with services at 7PM at the Wakpala Community Center. Angie passed away Friday, May 23, 2014 at Sanford Medical Center in Bismarck.

Angeline Diane Iron Cloud was born on March 6, 1976 to Conrad Iron Cloud and Roletta Afraid of Lightning. She grew up and attended school at Wakpala. She received her GED later on in life. Growing up she was a fancy shawl dancer and was named Miss Wakpala in 1986. Angie was a big help for her grandfather, Vernon, on the ranch. She also worked as a flagger for construction companies and also helped various ranchers in the area. She lived in the Wakpala area her whole life until recently becoming ill and moving to Cannonball to be closer to the hospital.

Angie enjoyed fishing, pow-wows, and spending time with family.

Angie is survived by her brothers and sisters, Leslie T. Iron Cloud, Connie Rae Iron Cloud, Maggie Eagle Chasing, Lori Brave, Memoree Thomas, Michelle Thomas, Cody Thomas, nephews, Kendall Iron Cloud and Jonathan Iron Cloud, very special friend Jolinda Baker and Children, Madara Stricker, Storm Plenty Chief, Lannelle Plenty Chief, Midian Plenty Chief, Elliot Bears Heart, grandparents, Vernon and Theo Iron Cloud, Mary Good Eagle, Dolly Weasel Boy, mother Roletta Pretty Weasel, and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Conrad Iron Cloud, brother, Frowin Eagle Chasing, great grandma Agatha Holy Bull, Teddy Six Killer, Beverly Howard, and Ruby Cadotte.
