Funeral service for Andrew "Joe" Kills Crow, age 79, of Little Eagle will be Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at 11:00AM CT at St. Paul's Episcopal in Little Eagle. Burial will be in St. Paul's Episcopal Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. Visitation will be Monday 5PM to 7PM with a prayer service at 7PM at Kesling Funeral Home. Andrew passed away Monday, December 30, 2013 at the Golden Living Center in Mobridge.

Andrew "Joe" Kills Crow, Jr. was born Dec. 28, 1934 to Andrew Sr. & Esther (White Horse) Kills Crow Indian. Joe was born and raised in Little Eagle, this is where he made his home. He married Trevian Ling Elk in 1960, they had 3 daughters and 1 son.

Joe hired out as a laborer in farming and ranching. In his younger years he enjoyed playing softball and was on a league.
Joe led a very simple life. One sure thing about him was his faith in the Higher Power and attending Church.

Joe is survived by his daughters, Marlene Olvera of Minneapolis, MN; Andrea Kills Crow of Bismarck, ND; and his son, Adrian Kills Crow of Little Eagle, SD, also 3 step daughter. Joe has numerous relatives in Little Eagle.

Preceded in death by his wife, Trevian Long Elk, parents, 3 brothers, 3 sisters, I daughter, Mary Louise Kills Crow and 1 granddaughter.
