Albert Holy Bear, 66, of Pierre passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at the Avera St. Mary's Hospital in Pierre. Visitation will start at 4 PM, CT, Friday, November 13, 2020, at Kesling Funeral Home in Mobridge with a prayer service at 5 PM. Inurnment will be at Black Hills National Cemetery. Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge is in charge of arrangements.
